Set a boundary region in LineSeries, Highlight which point enter and exit?

Hello all! I'm new to livecharts2 and not very familiar with it. May I ask is it possible to set a boundary region, drawing a box in the line series chart, and whenever the data point reach into the region (box) or exit, it will highlight the point and show both of the points value? Is this viable?? I'm using it in Winforms version.
