ESC shuts down when disarming on 4.5 RC3

Describe the bug

Fresh new build using the HappyModel SuperX HD 12A AIO. Flashed BF 4.5 RC3 and configured the quad. It's using Bluejay 0.19.2.
When I plug in the battery:

• Bluejay tone (custom in the first vid, reverted later)
• FC "beep beep"
  When I arm:
• Props spin. Note that I had to raise the idle throttle to 10% with my 1202.5 motors.
  When I disarm:
• Props stop
• Sad Dshot tone (see video)
• Can't arm again
• No error in the OSD

First video is with bidirectional dshot (ignore the single dshot beacon beep after the FC connection sound)

In this video, I made the following changes

• Reverted bluejay to default melody
• Reflashed bluejay to the same version
• Disabled dshot beacon
• Disabled bidirectional dshot

The issue is not present in BF 4.4.3 (this is my current workaround).

Note: the support ID below was created on 4.4.3 since this is what the quad is now flashed to. I'm attaching here my 4.5 RC3 diff

To Reproduce

• Flash HappyModel SuperX HD 12A AIO with BF 4.5 RC3
• Configure quad
• Arm
• Disarm
• Notice the ESC shuts down.

Expected behavior

When I disarm, the ESC don't shut down and I can arm again.

How are the different components wired up (including port information)

ELRS RX is on uart 2 (hardwired in the AIO)
VTX is on uart 1
