Implement Mod View/Download Counts Into Mod View

Currently, the mod view page doesn't include view or download counts on the global view. This should be added.

I'd like to contribute by implementing view/download counts on the mod view page, as suggested in issue #45. Can you grant me permission to start working on this?

Hey @Bakhtiar85! I implemented this a couple months ago, but forgot to close this issue when I completed it. You can take a look at the current implementation by viewing a mod on bestmods.io.

If you have any suggestions, you can rework things in a forked repository under your GitHub account and when done, I can take a look. Afterwards, you can make a pull request from your fork, etc.
