Thank you very much for your work !
I need to display two chromosomes next to each other. So I used the plot.type=3 with my two chromosomes.
So far, so good.
But when I run : kpAddCytobandLabels(kp, srt=90, force.all = TRUE)
... nothing happens (Cytobands labels do not appear, despite the force.all=TRUE )
However it works well with plot.type=2.
Have you ever encountered this problem? Do you know how to solve it? Bypass it?
Thank you for your help,
Best,
Vincent
