A couple of minor improvements to the instructions:

  1. python3-distutils is deprecated on python3.12 Link so the apt install failed for me.
  2. There needs to be a sudo in front of the apt installs commands (and dnf too)
  3. The list of packages to install needs to include git
  4. Add sudo to ninja install
