Webtypes for Jetbrains IDE's?

Hello,

Is anyone willing to tackle this?

I stopped using the global loading of Vue base components when I started using an IDE (Webstorm) as it couldn't recognize any of the existing global components, nor their props either.

I find it difficult to implement this myself, but would be nice if anyone would contribute it to this lovely starter pack of Chris Fritz.
