form-error class with a number input

The form-error class background-image is too large for the a number input because of the spinners. We should remove the image for input[type="number"] or hide the spinners

I'm not sure. I can't seem to replicate, but there's also no picture of the bug, so it's hard to tell if I'm doing it right.
