建议插件配置字段（插件的columns.php文件）

类型支持增加file用来支持位插件配置上传文件
类型增加readme或者description，用来为插件配置页增加指导性文字，例如指明文档地址，或者所需前置步骤（我知道字段有description字段，我说的是为整个form增加description，用一个只读的文本标签来实现它）

我应该去提交PR
不建议这么做，因为已经有其他安排
