Reproduction of the error:

Mark two or more priors
"Link parameters into a hierarchical model"
Leave one of the values empty (not zero but empty)
Close the model window
Now you are unable to open another prior linking window (for hierarchical models).
This is only resolved after restarting BEAUTI
