the gui is currently using versions
"@bcgsc-pori/graphkb-parser": "1.1.2",
"@bcgsc-pori/graphkb-schema": "3.14.2",
but should be updated to use the latest versions
"@bcgsc-pori/graphkb-parser": "2.0.0",
"@bcgsc-pori/graphkb-schema": "4.0.0",

this will require some code changes as this is a major version bump for the parser

Would be nice if the client could check if the schema version is the same as the one the API uses.
