Add functionality to support in-cab navigation (i.e., duplicate google maps / GPS nav devices such as TomTom/Garmin to provide turn by turn directions as vehicle is being operated).

Request made by BCTA at TL Commercial Vehicle Working Group (CVWG) meeting held January 31, 2020. Explained that the current version of the TRP is explicitly meant as a pre-trip planner and expanded functionality to provide in-cab navigation is not within the scope of the current release, but could be considered in the future.
