Describe the task
Investigate how to run the one time load for existing FAM users to update first name, last name and email

Acceptance Criteria

Determine if run the script in AWS new lambda
Determine if we can get the additional info from token (SPIKE: for BCeID user, can we get first name, last name and email information from the attribute mapping #1388)
pick an option to implement

Additional context

Complete SPIKE: for BCeID user, can we get first name, last name and email information from the attribute mapping #1388 first as it may obviate this ticket
