Feature Request:

Include data in the go_proto_compiler rule.

Motivation:

Currently the go_proto_compiler rule accepts custom proto compiler executables, but not the ability to pass custom input data in to the compiler runtime.

What version of rules_go are you using?

v0.42.0

What version of gazelle are you using?

v0.33.0

What version of Bazel are you using?

Bazelisk version: development
