Keyboard navigation here refers to use within a graphical browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. Terminal browsers, such as Lynx, have their own particular keyboard navigation style.
These are the main default navigation keys, but they may also be customised via a link at the bottom of the links column on the left side.
Switch between the timelines and your profile page:

When you are in timeline view:
