When using the php artisan translations:find command, @lang directives in blade files do not appear to be searched. Only strings in controller files are found and processed.

Did you publish translation-manager.php with the php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Barryvdh\TranslationManager\ManagerServiceProvider" --tag=config command?
