This is CudaText: https://github.com/Alexey-T/CudaText
It's inspired by SublimeText but is more lightweight and available for more platforms. It's good to have at least syntax highlighting support for CudaText so people don't have to fire up VSCode anytime they only want to open and view a single source file. VSCode is always the IDE and CudaText is the lightweight text editor.
