Description

According to the spec

an ordered list of values, optionally with a specific length, where a single type is specified for all members of the list`

But in out language-basics BBE, in the array section it does not describe about the length of an array.
We need to update it.

This BBE starts with describing the length of an array. https://ballerina.io/learn/by-example/arrays/. @SasinduDilshara what needs to be added more?

Looks like this comment was for the language walk-through, rather than the BBE - https://ballerina.io/learn/language-basics/#arrays.

I think we can incorporate content similar to the BBE here. @SasinduDilshara, can you please send a PR for this?
