Comment out

user = www-data
group = www-data

from the fpm conf file to stub these warnings:

[02-Aug-2018 09:03:48] NOTICE: [pool www] 'user' directive is ignored when FPM is not running as root
[02-Aug-2018 09:03:48] NOTICE: [pool www] 'group' directive is ignored when FPM is not running as root
