Hello,
First, thank you for creating this site and accepting me as a member.
I found the site in a search engine while I was looking for a solution to a serious problem with the control unit of a Krauss Maffei plastic injection machine - KM125 390C1. The Real Time (Dallas) SD12887 ran out of battery, so I changed it and wanted to get it working. I ran into a problem that I can't access it to correct the date and time and this is the text that appears. For me specifically:
American Megatrends AMIBIOS(C)1990 JUMPtec(R) BIOS Version <PISBR21- (C) Copyright 1998 JUMPtec(R) Inc. S/N:YF9060121 32384 KB OK I am waiting... CMOS settings are incorrect Invalid CMOS display type Start installation Press F1 to resume (c) American Megatrends Inc., 51-0002-009999-88111111-071595-GENE
Then it asked me to enter the OEM password.
I found the same problem for a member here on the site
who has the same type of injection machine but did not know how to apply the solution I suggested to him. Can anyone help please,
thanks in advance for any help..thanks
