[FEAT]: Better Geo-Blocking

Feature Description

I love the Geo-Blocking feature, I just would like to have the possibility to manually add ips and subnets as whitelisted addresses. I withelisted only my country but I would like to be able to add IPs and subnets from external services that I use for example to trigger jobs, call webhooks or to monitor the services status.
