[IMPROVEMENT]: Basic hostname != Cosmos hostname

Improvement Description

Would like one more parameter to be introduced in the configurations - base hostname and that cosmos would rely on it when creating containers and so on, since most often the panel is moved to another subdomain

I suspect some people might want this, so yes definitely for adding an additional optional configuration to overwrite the base hostname proposed when creating new sub-routes
