I work across quite a few AWS accounts (217), they're usually named in such a way that they are prepended with customer or project name. It would be useful if I could do something like:

aws-azure-login --profile turmeric-*

and login to the accounts matching that pattern. Would this be useful?

I'm willing to have a go at a PR depending on how useful this might be to others...
