Fixes #1742

@askn37 Would you be interested in reviewing this entry? You know a lot about the new parts. avrdude -p AVR32DU32/S shows the full definition without parenting. Added 16du14, 16du20, 16du28, 16du32, 32du14, 32du20, 32du28 and 32du32

@stefanrueger

I think we can still merge this if @askn37 is not free to review this right now. These chips are new, so we can get them in first so that those who have the chip can carry out the tests,

@stefanrueger @mcuee

I checked the submitted patch and it seems to be OK. Each version of this series has the same specs except for flash and SRAM capacity, so there are very few differences.

The only bare metal chip I currently own is the AVR64DU28-I/SP.
I have not obtained EV59F82A (Curiosity Nano AVR64DU32) yet.
Other samples available separately are not yet listed in the availability list. Looks like we still have to wait about half a year.

P.S. I've asked support if there are any plans to release a DFU bootloader, but I haven't heard back yet. This is his first AVR chip with USB peripherals since the Atmel acquisition, so I'm worried that the VID will be different than the previous $03EB.
