Remove the leftover files folder in the commerce image #96

The commerce image contains a files folder with files that are using during the installation. This folder is several hundreds of MB's big and not needed anymore after installation. Consider modifying the dockerfile to make sure they don't end up in the final image to keep the image size smaller.
