Hi, I have setup arm in a container, it is starting up properly.
I am attempting to pass through a USB hub with a bluray drive on it.
In the UI this is what I see after searching for drives:
On my host, this is the usb info:
lsusb
...
Bus 007 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Display all 237 possibilities? (y or n)
root@ms:~# lsusb -t

I am attempting to pass through the whole usb hub with the drive attached via --device=/dev/bus/usb/007/001, but the drive is not found. It could be that the sata -> usb adapter I am using (Western Digital Technologies, Inc. easystore 264D) can't properly pass through the blueray drive, but it could just be I am not sure how to get ARM to see my passed through hardware.
Thanks for any ideas you have.
If anyone else has this issue, it appears the Western Digital Technologies, Inc. easystore 264D does not properly handle optical drives. I ordered a Vantec CB-ST00U3 NexStar USB 3.0 to SATA 6Gbps Optical/Storage Adapter and it was detected as expected right away.
