Currently, Autolab is using old framework defaults via the following files:
new_framework_defaults.rb
new_framework_defaults_6_0.rb
new_framework_defaults_6_1.rb
We should start switching to the new defaults, and once everything works, delete the files and add config.load_defaults 6.1 to application.rb
config.load_defaults 6.1
application.rb
