ps1 mini retro classic

hi there i'm looking for help as ive just got a ps1 mini but came with a usb with autobleem and retroarch but tried putting it in my laptop but nothing comes up except that i have to reformat the usb but no fat32 is listed only nfts and ex-fat but im a noob at all of this and was looking for away to try n do this myself but no idea where to start or what to do next but most games are not working unless there is something im missing the usb is self is a 128gb game box usb

I know of two free fat32 formatting programs you can download that run on Windows. guiformat and rufus. Be very careful with any format tool that you are choosing the correct drive letter. all of these format tools will wipe out whatever drive you pick. double check before you click "format".
