Just completely shut down

So I tried to load Grandia 2 on Sega Dreamcast, it wouldn’t load after I pressed the start button on the main screen, so I quit the game system because it wasn’t responding and turned it back on to try and start to play skies of Arcadia on Dreamcast, I got to the first island after you first leave your hometown, saved the game at the first save spot. Turned the game system off and now the whole autobleem system is telling me games have been changed, press x , when I do it goes through all the PlayStation games loaded and then won’t show anything when going into the autobleem system.. and when entering retroarch it shuts my PSC down and starts making it blink a red light... if anyone can help me I’ve spent WAY too much money on this whole mod thing and I just want it to work right for once...I feel like the whole terabyte got a virus or something and it made everything crash
