Import markers when importing files

Bug description

When I import an audio file recorded by a zoom recorder, the marks are not showing up. On the recorder I have the option to create marks while recording. These marks are stored in the audio file itself. When opening the file in other audio software (for example Reaper), the marks will show up, but not in Audacity.

Steps to reproduce

Opening any audio file with marks recorded by a zoom recording device.

Expected behavior

Showing the marks as labels.

Actual behavior

No marks displayed.
