Missing specification for apply_filters parameter of atoti.function.rank module

Documentation: atoti.function.rank module

Component: apply_filters parameter description

Issue: The documentation relative to this component does not mention/specify that the apply_filters parameter effects only take place if the query is filtered on the hierarchy containing the members to rank (the hierarchy passed in the hierarchy parameter). If any other hierarchy is used as a filter, the variation in the apply_filters parameter (from True to False) would not have any effect.

Comparative context:
Unlike the rank module described above, the documentation for the same parameter (apply_filters) under the parent_value module does mention that the parameter only affects "filters on hierarchies specified in the degrees mapping" (a similar specification is expected to be present under the rank module as well).
