Why do we need this improvement?

We have integrated vote bot in the community repo, it would be good if we add all the commands info /help command
Vote commands

  • /vote
  • /cancel-vote
  • /check-vote

How will this change help?

Help the contributors to understand the use of the vote commands

Update the /help command of the asyncapi-boat

I believe we can parse a help.yml in repositories if present and present those also in the help command. WDYT @derberg.
