Refrain from using a library (eg. Boostrap, material UI, etc) to create the header

As a user I want to navigate the website through the links

  • About Us
  • Our Team
  • Our Partners
  • Events
  • Contact

AC:

  • The CIS logo should be to the left
  • The links are hidden in the hamburger button on mobile view
