Currently there's no way to have a trigger that generates a single event when a threshold is exceeded and another one when the value returns to "normal".
We should add a way to do so, since currently the closest solution is to have a trigger for each side of the comparison, but this means that events are continuously generated (by construction) by one of the two triggers.
