Feature Request

When we run comprehensive searches for systematic reviews, we search for text words in the title and abstract, but also for thesaurus terms (e.g. Medical Subject Headings and Emtree terms) that were added by (still largely manual) indexing. These thesaurus terms can reflect parts of the paper that are described in the full text, but not in the abstract. When an abstract does not seem relevant, these terms can indicate if it is valuable to retrieve the PDF for full-text screening. In many cases, the keywords are essential to differentiate between false hits and potentially relevant papers.

Problem: Not having the thesaurus terms and other keywords visible, and not having them read by the models, results in missing potentially relevant papers for reviews that use searches with thesaurus terms.

Requested solution:
Integrate the keywords field throughout the workflow and make the keywords visible in the front end (below every abstract).
