aspnetcore.dll failed to load

Every time a new build is installed, the system stops loading correctly the dll aspnetcore.

Error message in "Event Viewer":
The Module DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\aspnetcore.dll failed to load. The data is the error.
