Support for Swedish

Hi! I want to provide a Swedish translation for this project. It looks like it's copy and paste the English version and work it through. It would be nice if you implemented a translation tool such as poeditor or similar to make it easier for translating.
You have done a fantastic job so far and I think this will help a lot of people that find it hard to make automations like me.

I think that you misunderstood me a bit. I am aware that I can make a PR. It was more meant as a tip for a easier way to translate and also make others contribute with translations.
