Tests for contents of chain file are not done yet.
Currently the chain file is overwritten while created, so if the chain creation fails, the original chain is also gone. Should be exchanged with a temporary chain file that replaces the original once the new chain file is written successfully.

Already in other issue #22:

Checking of chain file (could be a new "verify" subcommand) is missing.
