Request for Single Page User Guide

Please consider a single page user guide similar to the old Asciidoctor User Manual. The document should preferably be capable of being built both as html and pdf.

Rationale

• Provide locally searchable document for those without permanent Internet connection.

• Showcase the beauty of documents created using the technology.

• Allow for the entire scope of the document to be seen from a toc.
