Feature request: Reducing excessive white space in margins in rendered papers.

Hi,
I am looking at the paper https://www.arxiv-vanity.com/papers/1703.07815/. On my 27" 1920x1080 monitor, on Edge browser, I notice lot of white space both on left and right-side margins. Perhaps the latex processor could reflow the text and possibly images as well to make it look more like normal text?
