[Windows] Trouble compiling the module on Windows #1740

Hey there, I am attempting to compile this plugin and integrate it with NGINX on a Windows system. (Why? Yeah, don't ask...)

When I run nmake to build NGINX whilst this module is selected, I get the following error thrown...

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make '/d/playground/nginx-rtmp-module/ngx_rtmp_amf.h'
Stop.

I'm not really sure where to go from there, so any assistance would be much appreciated.
