In my previous PR I forgot to reference the generated typescript declaration files in the
package.json. Also it now outputs the files in the directory structure to align with yourprint-to-pdfpackage, and as previously typescript generated module declarations for each folder (sodeclare module 'print/print'which wasn't really helpful.
