I read through the licensing section of this library but I am still confused on if I can use it in my closed source iOS or Android app that is live on the app store.

Can anyone explain to me in simple terms if I can use this library with FFmpeg with the LGPL v3.0 license in my closed source iOS or Android app that is distributed on the app store? Thank You.
