Create endpoint that will directly be fetched into the client.

This will use the chosen path and all-time language to make the recommendations

due to the fact that the vscode public API is barely documented, this couldn't be implemented as planned. Pending a better solution, it's on hold.

What will be live is hardcoded extensions that are industry standards like eslint and the likes

arndom removed their assignment
