Describe the bug
When displaying the "Payload Src Hex" column in the "Sessions" view the incorrect friendly name is being displayed ("Payload Src UTF8") and it's expression is also incorrect ("payload8.src.utf8") rather than "payload.src.hex". The same applies to the "Payload Dst Hex" field.
Elasticsearch version: 8.8.8
Arkime/Moloch version: v5.1.2
OS name and version: Ubuntu 20.04
How was Arkime/Moloch built/installed: (rpm, deb, easybutton, ...) easybutton
Provide logs, stack traces and steps to reproduce:
Enable the "Payload Src Hex" in the "Sessions" view.
Below screenshot is the result of selecting "New Sessions Tab" on the values drop down menu.
