On win-10-x64, with cygwin32 some strange issues happen with afl-fuzz:

cygwin32 w/ gcc v5.3.0 -- afl-gcc will somehow generate a bad executable. In some cases, cc1.exe will hang.
cygwin64 w/ gcc v5.3.0 -- afl-fuzz.exe will throw an OOM during it's calibration.

This issue is just a placeholder for me when I get time to revisit this again.
