Add notes on installing OpenMC to the website

Expected Behavior

In the guides section, there should be some notes and links on installing openMC. This may include a link to a gist or store the bash script in this website repo (of Olek's excellent OpenMC installation script). Include a discussion of where to go for OpenMC info and and discussion of why it's needed.

Actual Behavior

No openmc installation links available on website at the moment.

How can this issue be closed?

This can be closed with a merged PR that

• Adds a link to a new page about openmc installation in the install section of the guides: http://arfc.github.io/manual/guides/
• Creates that page.

We should also have a specific subsection in the guide on installing OpenMC on Blue Waters. I know @gwenchee has some experience with this.
