Expected Behavior

There should be a timeline for planning one's MS thesis submission in the degree semester.

Actual Behavior

The guidance is a little vague, misleading, and not particularly useful.

How can this issue be closed?

Close with edits to http://arfc.github.io/manual/guides/writing/ms-thesis reflecting ideal timeline.

This looks to me like it now has a timeline for both fall and spring semester. Any objections to closing this @munkm ?
