When you trying to make some text bolder using Cmd-B and then pasting cursor on that text, toolbar bold didn't activated.

We don't have shortcuts yet.. cmd-b should do nothing.. it seems that the contenteditable takes over control in some situation. let me try to fix this on the new writer codebase and introduce keyboard shortcuts.
