Setting to display email address at contact us page

Some payment providers and card issuers requires the stores to display all available contact info, including email address, on contact us page as minimum. Else they will not sign a agreement with the store.

Thus we should add a setting in configuration to display the stores email address, preferably with some kind of bot protection in theme to avoid as much spam as possible (if possible).

Inputs and discussion regarding bot protections is welcomed.

Joomla has a simple JavaScript cloaking, maybe that could be used, added somehow to /system/library in Arastta?
