Chrome not clearing cart on order, and recreates it on next.

For some weird reason Chrome Browser is recreating a cart already ordered.

To recreate:

1. Install clean Arastta demo, with flat shipping and cod payment.
2. Create a customer account with all required data.
3. Close the browser just to be sure. Then reopen it.
4. Add a product like Joggers Khaki to cart.
5. Go to checkout and login using the created account.
6. Confirm the order using flat shipping and cod payment.
7. Close Chrome when you get the thanks for your order page, do NOT navigate or log out.*
8. Open Chrome again.
9. Add same or other product to cart.
10. Go to checkout and log in.
11. Cart in header remains unchanged, but the total down i left corner increases. Ref issue Header cart not updated with saved items on login in cart #706
12. Refresh browser and check content of cart in header, the product(s) from the previous order have been added ...

* If you in step 7 navigates to a different page t.ex. by clicking continue, the cart is cleared also in Chrome, else it's not.

Note! I used Win10 and Chrome 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit). I also updated Chrome to latest version (58.0.3029.96), and the issue is still there.
